Marflow wanted an agency that could provide a suite of collateral for their Now brand’s new collection. They wanted a brand evolution that could be launched with the new collection. Visual Method began with looking at the image style and created a concept that used lighting and tones to create an atmospheric mood. We then built the brand identity and tone of voice around this looking at typography and layout for the main brochure, web, social and PR.
Having developed these guidelines we produced more detailed image recommendations that brought in running water and fluid simulations. Whilst the effect is very natural the process is complex in CGI to ensure the flow and the surface impact look 100% real.
The production of photography and design at the same time made the project more efficient through ensuring that the images were always fit for purpose. Visual Method also recommended multi channel use so were able to reversion the content (saving time, budget and multiple workflows).
